Know what happens when you contact us.
How this website handles service requests.
You choose when to send
Reviewing your request only prepares a summary in your browser. It does not send an email or book an appointment. While direct online sending is unavailable, use the email option or call our office.
Direct requests, when enabled
Choosing “Send request to office” sends your name, contact details, service, city, ZIP code, property information and problem description to Web3Forms, our form-delivery provider, for forwarding to our verified service inbox. The intended address is service@therooterservice.com; direct sending stays disabled until that mailbox and the delivery connection are verified. Web3Forms may store submissions and use service providers for delivery and spam prevention. Read the Web3Forms privacy policy for its handling and retention practices.
Email and phone options
“Use my email app” opens a prepared message in your email application. You must press Send there. Copying the request does not send it. Your email provider handles messages under its own terms. You may also call (408) 226-2211.
Information on this website
This website does not save form entries to a customer database or intentionally retain them in browser storage. Your browser may offer autofill or retain fields. Please include only information needed to discuss the plumbing work; do not include payment details or unnecessary private information.
Hosting and tracking
This website does not add advertising pixels or marketing analytics scripts. The hosting provider may process technical information needed to serve and secure the website. Form delivery, when enabled, is handled separately by Web3Forms.
